Enough Is Enough On Thankful Thursday
Hi Pals,
Please excuse me - I'm a little rattled and mad yet but very thankful that M finally opened the door. Here's what happened.......
I really had to yell at M this morning because she did the inexcusable - closed the bathroom door while she took a shower! Can you imagine! The worst part of it was that I was inside the bathroom when she did it - I was trapped in that room with the loud, scary shower running full force!
There is no excuse for her behavior. She knows I love the bathroom sink, so when she brushes her toothies, she runs water in the sink for me to drink. I have to give her credit this morning because at LEAST SHE DID THAT MUCH! Even tho I have a Drinkwell in the kitchen that I love, I still like water in the bathroom sink! It's what she did next that has made me sooooooo mad!
After getting the water running in the shower, she walked over to the bathroom door and CLOSED IT! (M here - it was left cracked open at least 2 inches, so Mario could really reach thru the crack and pull the door open, but he hasn't figured that out yet). Then when she got into the shower, she turned the water on full force and the shower curtain was puffing out, the shower was LOUD - VERY LOUD and SCARY!
The minute she steped out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor I looked at her with eyes as big and black as saucers and yelled at her at the top of my lungs.
R O W W W W W W W W L!
(Yes, I can really let loose with a big loud one if provoked. Before my toothies were pulled and I had all that infection, it just meowed a tiny "croak."
Of course, she tried to apologize and say she was sorry, but I was having none of that stuff. Enough is Enough~! I'm just thankful that she finally opened the door and let me out!
Stay tuned,
Mario

Yikes! The Dragon Is Back / Blog Hop
Hi Pals,
Bet you thought I meant a big, fire blowing dragon had invaded the house. Well, not quite, but this one is more work.
M has tried using the Dragon program two times before and failed at it. She always had one problem after another (mostly due to her own ineptness). So about 4 months ago she stopped using it for the 2nd time. Plus the program at the time required she type in a drop-down box for Tweetdeck, Facebook, email, and the bloggy. She found the drop-down box very cumbersome and always slowed her down.
About 2 weeks ago a salesman called her from Dragon and talked to her about the new improved 12 and how it was so much easier to use. Plus, she'd get 90 days of free help again. She liked the 90 days of free help again and the fact that she wouldn't have to use that dreaded drop down box again. So she told herself that this time she was going to lock herself in a room for a week and really learn it well, get all the bugs ironed out, and hopefully become somewhat efficient at it.
So pals, that's what she's doing Monday through Sunday of next week. She is not going to blog for me or herself, and unfortunately we won't be able to read blogs of my friends either. So sorry pals, but M's typing is getting really bad because of the Parkinson's so she has to learn Dragon to compensate for it. Hope you all will understand. I do need her to be able to type for me or I won't be on Twitter or have a blog anymore.
Thanks everyone. Next post will be dictated. Woohoo - think I'll plug my ears!
We're participating in the Saturday Blog Hop to. It's a great way to meet new pals, so hop on board. Todays blog hop is hosted by Life With Dogs - a very informative blog about life with dogs - what else would it be with that title!

Happy New Year Pals & Birdies
The minute M moved the camera, the birdies all flew away. It's typical to have 50 on the patio at a time.
This is my prime viewing spot - I'm hiding behind the blinds so they not see me.
I sure would love to eat one (errrr - invite) one in for lunch, but M would get mad.) |
Happy New Year to you and your wonderful family:.
I can't think of a better way to start a New Year off - having birdies in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! If only there wasn't all that thick glass separating us - I'd give them a real welcome - Mario style! The only problem is that M would get mad at me! I always wondered why she feeds them if it isn't to plump them up for a tasty meal! Makes you wonder doesn't it!
On behalf of my humans, we three Roever's want to wish you a happy, healthy 2013 to you and your family! We wish for you to be rich in the important things in life - love, health, shelter, food, and great friends as everything else is just enjoyable fluff.
We love all of you and appreciate so very much the love and support that has been shown to us over the past 4 years.
Until next time,
Mario
