Hi Pals,
One day while reading blogs, we saw a sale on the Neko Flies! So, M decided to surprise me with a couple since all the other kitties seem to LOVE them.

As you can see - that new Neko Fly was not a HIT with me. It was a MISS! M says I'm the hardest kitty to buy toys for cuz there are so few that I like. Give me a string any day!

Original photo's were taken 3 days ago. Since that time, I have taken a liking to the Neko flies and have so much fun with it. But, that flashy box thing can't take the picture fast enough and it keeps missing the action. Guess you'll have to imagine how much fun I'm having.

That is nice that you warmed up to the new toy. I am not too easy to buy toys for either. Maybe Mom should try me on Neko flies as well.

They are great fun. M needs a digital camera that takes movies. That way, she can catch you in action. Took TW a year to discover her camera took movies. HAH!

Well I'm glad you've come to terms with it mario! We have yet to encounter a Neko anything, but string does very well as a substitute ;)

Ohhh..Mario that looks like a lot of fun. So glad you are having a good time with your new toy.
Oh Mario, you sound much the same as my two... I'm the one who gets all excited at the thought of new toys, only for them to take one look and then run off in disgust (usually to return later and play with it when they think I'm not looking!!)

We were all over our Neko Fly instantly! I'm glad you finally got into it - I think they are loads of fun and I hated to think you were missing out.
Mom's been thinking of getting this fur our kitties. Glad to read that you like it now! Our kitties' favorite toys are always the boxes anyway, silly kitties.
Mario, glad you warmed up to the Neko Fly. Neytiri likes it but I am a bit leary of it...but I LOVES "Da Bird" now that one is the best invention ever!

We are slow to like toys too. In fact Mom says the only thing I play with is my nip nanner. BUT I am an old girl so my playing days are almost over. Mom does get such a kick outta me when I do play with a string. She says I look like a young kitten then. I like that. But I bet my brother would love that neko fly.

Mario -- You're just like the two kitties I had many years ago. Their favorite toys were never the ones with pricetags ... their favorites, like yours, were string, the plastic top on soda/pop bottles, small pieces of crumpled-up aluminum foil, and, rubber bands! You gotta play hard to get with the new toys...keep M on her toes. Word of advice from a kitty in the KNOW: stay away from the string, if you know what I mean.
I ate some ribbon a few Christmases ago and now I've got scars. Emotional ANd actual.
