Thankful Thursday Blog Hop - Happy To Live Here

Hi Pals,

After listening to the news since last weekend, I feel I'm pretty lucky to live where I live.    M says we do have to put up with snow and cold in the winter, but dat is nothing compared to Hurricanes, Typhoons, severe tornados (we do get a few of those, but not many).  All of those bad weather thingies are so much worse then the snow and cold dat we get in the winter.   So, I don't think I should complain anymore dat I can't get outside in the winter.  At least I have a nice warm house to live in.  M says if a bad snowstorm is coming, the guy on the TV warns us days ahead so we can stock up on food and kibble.

Our hearts are breaking for the people dat live in dat country called the Phillipines cuz their country was devastated by dat big Typhoon and many humans and probably animals too were killed or are missing.

Are you thankful for where you live?

Now join our blog hop hosted by PepiSmartDog in Australia - it's fun, easy and you'll meet new pals.

That is a very good thing to be thankful for. We are thinking of those poor people experiencing this tragedy.

I am VERY thankful to be living in southern California! We get sun puddles year round, and in my lifetime (11 and a half years) we haven't had a major earthquake, just a few smaller ones.

We are so grateful to live in a place where there are no tornadoes, hurricanes or typhoons, our hearts go out to those who suffer from disasters such as these.

We live where there are a few earthquakes. They do freak us out but are thankful they are small ones.

Mario, where we live is like where you live. And yeah we have cold and snow, we are glad that we don't have hurricanes and typhoons and stuff like that. We purr for all those who have been affected by the recent typhoon.

Mario we SO agree with you. Us midwest kitties have it pretty easy compared to some other places. Of course just having a nice home and family is the most wonderful part of all.
....and dear friends. Like you.

Mario, I am like you...way happy to live where I live. I just have the occasional earthquake...that's about it. Mom Linda has worked on the island of Cebu, and Mactan Island too in the Philippines. She knows there are probably thousands of dogs and cats dead and dying. And all those humans, so sad

You are so correct Mario. We are very lucky to live in a place where are not any of those scary hurricanes etc. Those poor people in the Phillipines. It is just too sad. Have a good week end.

We are super, super happy to live in San Francisco where the weather is cool and calm most of the time. Well, we do get an occasional quake, but they don't usually amount to much. There are LOTS of Filipino people in the Bay Area and at the Human's school, and some have not yet heard much of anything from their families so we have been purring and purraying a lot.

Hi Mario. We are from the Philippines but we are grateful that where we live was not the direct hit of the super typhoon.

I have something for you over at my blog. Come drop by. =)

Mario, we are with you…thankful to live where we do. We've had some bad windstorms, the tailend of a couple hurricanes, a couple minor tornadoes and minor earthquakes, flooding and blizzards, but none have ever been as devastating as these numerous weather disasters that seem to be occurring a lot more frequently. Mom says the people on our earth have tampered with the climate to the point where she believes it can never be fixed. Stay safe, sound and warm this winter. Mauricio says a good place to do that is at Campfire. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
