Hi Pals,
I am so very thankful that I got outside this week for the first time this season. Oh pals, it felt so good. I spent time just feeling the grass under my belly when I laid down. I got to sniff my favorite cat mint plant that is just starting to poke it's little green stems out of the ground. Oh that cat mint smelled so good. I can't wait until it grows up more so I can hide under it. It was the best day I've had in a long time.
I'm not very thankful for what M did to me today. She thought today was Straw Hat Day, so I wore my hat yesterday instead of today. Not only that, she had the nerve to give that day to Katiebella's mom, so Katie wore her hat on the wrong day too. What am I going to do with her????? So, I'm posting that picture again today - right here on my blog. So there M!

It sounds like you had a nice outing, Mario! Over here, it's so hot that we are all sweltering! I even felt bad for the dog having to go outside to go to the bathroom - and I don't even like her!

Mario, I have grown catnip for thirty years. I give it fresh, but I sun dry it and jar it for Winter, too. I don't trust the store variety.

Mario is the catnip plant a perennial? Oh Mom hopes so she got some planted. It's looking pretty good too. We love that you got outdoors and are enjoying your grass and just being on the grass. GOOD for you!

Lucky dog..er..cat, you. I'm not allowed outside anymore. Mom and dad are afraid that I'll bring in the fleas that seem to be everywhere these days. They keep my treated anyway, but still- the closest I can get is up in my window... Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!
