The Wayward Tail Mystery

Hi Pals,

Yesterday I hopped up here by the sink to ask M for a drink.   She promptly (for a change) ran fresh water in the sink for me.   Then she "caught" me flipping me tail into the water.   I was ever so quick, hoping she would not witness what had happened.

If you look real close, you can maybe make out that the very tip is a little damp!   he he - I didn't let it stay in the water long enough to really soak it (I'm not that dumb).   M ran and got the camera, but by that time I was through flicking my tail in the water.

That tail just gets wayward on me now and then and does it's own thing.   Does your's do that?

I'm very thankful that it didn't get too wet, so I'm joining Brian's Tankful Thursday Blog Hop once again.   Hop on board with us and have some fun.

Our big thanks to Brian for hosting the hop once again.   Last week M messed up on the link stuff.  Hopefully she'll get it right this time.  (Good help is impossible to get these days.)

Hiya, Mario! Tails can have a mind of their own sometimes.

The couple of times my human has had me pose out back by the spa/jacuzzi, I've waved my tail into the water. My human hates when I do this! Well, it IS wet, so I don't really like it either.

Now that my tail is getting furry again, it sometimes gets wet when I don't want it to. I think it's funny that you were dipping your tail in the water.

Caroline suffers from RTS (Restless Tail Syndrome) but her tail doesn't get too close to water. The closest the rest of us get is sticking our feet in the cat fountain.

There is a fine balance, Mario, between letting your tail have its own fun and dealing with the consequences!!!

Pipo's tail is so unruly that he has to chase it and catch it to bring it to submission.

Minko's tail is more reserved in its doings...unless he is angry,MOL!!!

Water tipped tail?? That would make a good paintbrush...

Mario...you have a restless tail for certain. Mine also has a mind of its own and I usually have to let it do what it wants because keeping it under submission is exhausting. Mom said it's like a flag! Flapping in the breeze!

Too funny, Mario, flipping your tail in the water. I think our tails just do what they want sometimes.

You sure are intently staring at the water in the sink.

I don't like my tail wet either Mario, but Sister Seal desn't mind it at all. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

Kind of fun to put the tail in the water. Some of us like to play in the water.
You all have a great day.

Hee hee! I recently discovered the joys of sinks and water and playing in both! I am now a "frequent sink surfer" and when I hear my Mom or Dad in one of the bathrooms I'm RIGHT THERE asking to be put on the counter. Glad you are a sink guy too Mario!

Hugs, Teddy
