D.I.E.T = STARVATION!

Hi Pals,

I'm looking for a NEW home - do you have room for me at your house?   About 4 weeks ago M had me to the vet under false pretense.   Turns out she and the vet lady were in cahoots to starve me.   It seems that Science Diet has come up  with a new way to help us f.a.t. kitties lose weight but still feel satisfied.  Ya - right!    They think 3/4 of that can a day and 1.2 cup  of dry kibble a day should be enough for a kitty of my age, weight and height.

Do I look satisfied when I sit like this all day:

If that picture above doesn't work on M, I move in for the academy award:
Notice the empty bowl.   I can sit here for an hour or two.   Sometimes I go get her when she at her desk - meow at her, then she asks what I want, I lead her to the kitchen again and take up this position.   Sometimes it works and i GET a whole 8 kibble to nibble on - woohoo!
M says she'll be happy when I have to go back for  my weigh-in cuz she needs inspiration to keep going with me.  (he he - I'll keep working on her)

So let me know if you have room at your house.   I can go thru the magic tunnel and be there in flash.

Don't forget to purr and purray for our pals Brian and GingerJasper  - They are both very sick!

Mario

Oh Mario I feel so badly for you,

Mario, you would not be happy here - on your diet, you are still eating more than Binga and Boodie get fed here! So you would not be any better off, and maybe even worse!

Poor Mario. You are most welcome to teleport right over. We have lots of treats! You could try our raw food too. :)

Oh Mario...
((Hugs)
We are so sorry about the "D" word. WE think you should use your tunnel to go on a world tour and visit all of your furfriends and try their foods!

C'mon over! We get free fed because Kona is old and rickety...Salem's as fat as a whale and Mommy can't do a thing about it!

We'd take you in, but we get even less than that a day to eat. We get 1/2 can and 1.5 cups of kibble a day split between the three of us! We must not be furry hungry because we don't even always finish that. Can't help you pal. Good luck. Love to M & D, even if they are starving you.

Mario! I hate the D word! The mom has cut back on my noms and I'm not happy about that!

Though, I think you look pretty good there.

Oh, Mario, we can see the yearning in your eyes. A kitty sitting patiently by an empty bowl is a pitiful sight! You are welcome to visit us, the mom leaves food out all day.

Its very sad about GJ & Brian. We are purring our hearts out for them!

Mario you look just perfect to me. You have to know that mom is doing this for your own good. xx

That diet stuff is a bummer indeed. Mario, let's connect our identical twin tunnels and let's have you teleport over right now to our Headquarters and you can eats more kibble! (Thanks for the purrs, buddy!)

Come over here, Buddy. I don't eat much and the Human is always trying to fatten me up. Oh wait--that was before.

Well, I still get pretty much whatever I want, so head on over.

We hear you, Mario! Our Sei-Chan needs to lose a little weight and so we no longer have an all-day dry food buffet. Not that it has made any difference to her weight...

Mario, I think you should file a complaint with PETA coz the starvations, that do be abuse fur sure. On the udder paw, You gets half as much kibble a day as I do and I is way bigger than you but mebbe those Science Diet peeps put lots of air in that kibble. Include them in your PETA complaint, and that V-E-T, too, 'k?

Oh, no, Mario! Diet is no fun. You gotta tell them you are not f-a-t but just fluffy!

Mario, you poor kitty. Diets are so not fun. I don't really believe you want to leave your home. You know M loves you so much. Oreo won't let me have any more pets. He's a bit selfish when it comes to sharing.

Oh poor pal! Mario you get in that tunnel and come right here. It is much warmer in Florida anyway. And my feline sisters have food available all the time. Hurry now...

That sounds like a whole lot of food to us. We each get 1/4 of those little cans of food, divided into two meals, and way less than a cup of dry food, If you are on a diet, please let us know where we sign up. And good luck with your weight loss. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Oh Mario...I SO know how you feel. I was put on a diet late last year. It's tough...I often stand vigil by my dish waiting for dinnertime. But the good news is that I've lost about three pounds and am now down to a healthy weight.

I still sit by my dish though.

Oh Mario, what misery! A diet?! That word must never enter my vocabulary, it's just not fair!

You look good. Snowball understands your weight loss issue. Our vet put him on a canned food only diet and it worked. he can eat as much wet food as he wants but no dry! He lost a few pounds but looks and feels so much better. Funny post (Sorry Mario)

Mario my friend, I think you need to move here. We could start up our own handsome mancat club... a little oasis where we lounge around, nomming on tunas and getting cuddles.

I don´t think you wan´t to move to my place ?!
Because over here you have to work both for the kibbles and the treats *sigh*
